DigiChakra360 provides end-to-end digital marketing solutions, including growth strategy, website development, advertising, social media management, SEO, and influencer marketing. Our services are structured around a predefined scope, ensuring seamless execution through strategic partnerships. Our services are tailored based on a predefined scope agreed upon before project initiation.

3. Service Agreement

  • Payment & Initiation: All services require advance upfront, non-refundable payment before execution begins.

  • Scope & Additions: Any work beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.

  • Revisions & Adjustments: Revisions are limited as per the contract terms. Any additional revisions may be chargeable.

4. Performance Based Assurance & Refund Eligibility

DigiChakra360 operates on a results-driven, strategic model. Due to the dynamic nature of marketing, refunds are not provided under the following conditions:

  • Marketing outcome variations – All services are executed based on agreed-upon strategies, but external factors may influence results.

  • Perceived differences in expectations – Deliverables will be based on the agreed scope and not subjective interpretations of success.

  • Revenue expectations – We optimize for growth, but sales and conversions depend on multiple external variables beyond marketing.

  • Client-side inefficiencies – Delays in approvals, incomplete information, or lack of communication affecting execution.

  • External platform policies – Algorithm updates, ad platform changes, competitor activity, or policy restrictions impacting performance.

  • Premature termination – No refunds will be issued if services are canceled before the agreed timeline.

Exceptional Cases

In rare instances, at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be granted if:

  • The agreed-upon strategy was not executed as outlined.

  • There is a documented failure in service delivery from our end.

DigiChakra360 retains full discretion to determine refund eligibility and processing timelines.

Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

  • Any service concerns must be communicated in writing within 3 business days of project completion.

  • Chargebacks or disputes filed without prior discussion will be deemed fraudulent. By engaging our services, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider.

5. Free Strategy Session – Terms & Conditions

  • Strategy in Exchange for Feedback – We provide a high-value, custom marketing strategy at no cost. In return, we request a short testimonial about your experience.

  • No Obligation to Work with Us – If you find the strategy valuable but prefer to execute it yourself, you are free to do so. However, if you choose to work with us, we ensure structured execution with performance-based assurance.

  • Exclusive Offer for Satisfied Businesses – If you decide to continue with our execution services, you receive a 10% discount on your first paid month as part of our commitment to driving your growth.

  • This session is designed for businesses serious about scaling—securing a free strategy does not guarantee acceptance into our execution program.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals.

  • DigiChakra360 is not liable for delays caused by client-side communication gaps.

  • Clients must not engage in chargebacks or disputes without prior discussion.

12. Changes to Terms

DigiChakra360 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, strategies, and deliverables created by DigiChakra360 remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. Clients may not resell, modify, or redistribute our work without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiChakra360 is not responsible for:

  • Policy changes, bans, or ad rejections from third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Instagram).

  • Losses due to business decisions made based on our strategies.

  • Unauthorized access, cyber threats, or data breaches beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose sensitive business information to third parties.

10. Termination of Services

DigiChakra360 reserves the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Delayed payments exceeding the agreed terms.

  • Engagement in unethical business practices.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
